Like many women, menopause took me completely by surprise. Hot flashes, exhaustion, low moods made me feel disconnected from myself. The truth is, menopause is anything but a pause! The hormonal changes inside your body influence much more than fertility—they affect brain function, muscle and bone strength, energy metabolism, heart health, and the immune system.

The good news is that research shows lifestyle plays a vital role in how intense these changes feel. As a menopause coach, I work with women using nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management for greater quality of life. My clients report having less hot flashes, more energy, sleeping better and feeling calmer!

For many women, menopause becomes a powerful opportunity to achieve greater health, fulfillment, and strength than ever before. My mission is to support women not just in feeling better—but in discovering new levels of energy and wellbeing. Everything I share and include in my coaching practice is based in independent research, professional certification, and continuous training with trusted experts.

Start off your menopause journey by looking in depth at your symptoms and their causes. In the follow up session you get a 1 week plan to refresh your routine.

Includes

  • An indication of where you are in your menopause journey based on the International Greene Scale. This takes into account 21 symptoms often associated with (peri)menopause. It reflects how you experience these symptoms and how much they impact your daily life.
    Your score can be used to track effectiveness of treatments, so we will start and end our coaching journey with it.

  • We will look in detail on how you currently eat, move, deal with stress and rest. This will indicate where your biggest wins are and ensure your Weekly plan is realistic.

  • Menopause is a period where a lot of women feel like a lot happens outside of their control. There are hormone receptors all over our bodies, so these changes can lead to a wide variety of seemingly unrelated symptoms from hot flashes and fatigue to difficulty sleeping, anxiety, muscle pain and weight gain.
    Even though there is more information than ever about menopause, every woman’s journey is different and it can be hard to know when to seek medical help. As a menopause consultant, my mission is to support and educate women so you understand what is happening in your body.

  • Studies show again and again that lasting change happens when we set realistic expectations that feel simple and doable right now. Based on the results of your Lifestyle Diary Analysis, we look at where you have time in your day. Can you take a walk over lunch to up your steps? Or do 3 minutes of breathwork during the day so your stress doesnt add up.

  • Life happens and sometimes what seemed simple isn’t. Contact me in between sessions for support to keep you on track!

  • If you so wish we can integrate data from trackers (fitbit, Apple Health etc).

We dive deep into your symptoms and what causes them - then kick off with a super simple 1-week plan to help you feel balanced more quickly.
