Who’s behind this guide?

I'm Annemarie — a psychologist and menopause coach based in Antwerp.

I wrote this guide because most menopause advice is either too vague or too overwhelming. Five days, five small changes — built around what the research says actually works. No extremes. No overhaul. Just a starting point.
