Almost all menopause symptoms can be improved with lifestyle interventions such as what you eat, how much you move, how well you manage your stress and how well you sleep. Ino ur first session that lasts 90 minutes we will discuss in detail what your symptoms are and what you would like to focus on first.

This is different for everyone and also depends on what your current lifestyle is but most people see improvements in weeks and keep finetuning over months.
