After a career in interiors, menopause took me completely by surprise. I didn’t recognize myself and my own body—feeling angry, exhausted, gaining weight, and waking up soaked in sweat. Guidance was scarce, often just “accept it,” and medical treatments only offered partial relief. I’m not alone; studies show women spend around €2000 annually on menopause products, many with little proven scientific proof or benefit!

Determined to find real answers, I immersed myself in learning about menopause and discovered how crucial lifestyle habits are for symptom management. Becoming a certified Menopause Coach, I transformed my life through simple, science-backed habits.

At times, low energy made change feel challenging, but drawing on my psychology background, I developed a simple, effective system that uses small, manageable steps to create lasting results.
